Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days from the date of placing the order.

Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days across India. For international shipments (if applicable), delivery timelines may range between 10–15 working days.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Kindly ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including correct pin code, full name, and a valid contact number.

If the phone number provided is incorrect or unreachable, the delivery may not be completed, and ElvraShop shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery in such cases.

'Pre-Ordered' or Made-to-Order items require a minimum of 4–8 weeks for dispatch. These timelines may vary depending on product availability and production requirements.

Pre-Ordered or Made-to-Order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been successfully placed.
