Refund policy
RETURN / REFUND POLICIES:
1. No returns will be accepted on items that have been delivered in good condition without any damage or defects.
2. If the product delivered is incorrect (different SKU than mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect, we are open to offering a full refund or re-fulfilling your order, subject to verification of the defect. The product must be returned to us before processing any refund or replacement.
3. To report damage during transit, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery. (Customer Care email/number will be provided on the Contact Us page.) Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.
4. Our customer care team will review the issue and revert within 48 working hours.
5. Refunds will be made:
(i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order has already been shipped,
(ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
6. No refunds will be issued if:
• The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
• There are multiple failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner,
• The package is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery.
7. Notwithstanding anything stated above, the following items shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Any product returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, retail box, or items originally included at the time of delivery.
All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
RETURNING A GIFT:
1. We understand that sometimes a gift may not meet expectations. If you wish to return a gifted product, please email us at support@elvrashop.in for assistance.
2. All the above conditions regarding return of goods shall apply to returned gift items as well.
3. Store credit cannot be issued for returned gift items; however, subject to approval, we may assist you with an exchange for another product.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of an order. We recommend cancelling the entire order and placing a new order if changes are required.
2. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the amount paid after deduction of applicable transaction charges, if any.
3. If you cancel your order after shipment but before delivery, the refund will be subject to deduction of two-way shipping charges along with applicable transaction charges.
4. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation / bank transaction charge of 2.5% of the total order value.
5. There may be instances where ElvraShop may need to cancel an order at its sole discretion. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify final acceptance of your order. ElvraShop reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for any reason.
6. Although our online inventory is regularly updated, ElvraShop reserves the right to inform you via email, phone, or message about any stock shortfall. In such cases, we may either supply a reduced quantity (with prior consent) or cancel the order and issue a refund accordingly.
7. If an order is cancelled after shipment, the applicable return terms shall apply, and associated shipping/handling charges may be deducted.
